I gave away my X-box and all my games last month in a desperate attempt to get clean and stay clean. They say cold turkey is the only way to quit so that's what I did. I advise you to do the same before X-box destroys your life.

Seriously in addition to the hours upon hours wasted, it was giving me a bad combination case of arthritis, tendonitis and carpel tunel syndrome. Not to mention the frustration of being waxed by a bunch of 12 year-old punks in Counter Strike.
