What's with all the damn trucks?

I agree with Earl. Many times you'll need trucks, wagons and others to move your troops to other area or get arty closer as your troops advance!

Moreover as designer you want to give players a freedom of manouver to send reinforcements to the area where they really want them.

Cannot imagine infantry moving all way on foot in scenarios like "The Bridgehead at Rzhavets" or "Another Lost Victory"
