Possible bug?

Hi Grumbler, it is indeed possible to shoot with a bend. But only with a slight bend. I'm not privy to the exact factors but AFAIK a radar guided weapon can hit targets which are at only 1 'level' of cover (or at 2 levels, not sure where the boundary lies). So being just out of LOS is not enough to avoid trouble with helo's. It is NOT a 'can fire at anything in range' thing though. The best thing is to set up a map with lot's of elevation levels and other cover. Set some radar guided AA units on one side and fly helo's with the other and see where you can and can't be fired at. That should give you a good idea of where there's cover or not and how much you need. Also note that sometimes when something appears to be a clear at ground level it can have an elevation (see top info bar) of up to 5 feet without a clear visual indication on the map itself. One foot more or less can make the difference on being seen or not.

It would seem that radar guided AAA has this capacity as much as radar guided sams do. I'm not sure if and to what degree that's unrealistic.
