Updating a scenario listed on the H2H list

It is working, as the reply you got said you cannot update a file while tests on the original are still running, that is how Raz designed the system to run.
You will have to wait until you have all the feedback from the first set of tests before embarking on a new set, if you think that any of the tests that are currently running will not finish or have been abandoned let me know and we can edit the page for you. :)

You might want to contact Herr Schacht for advice as well, he is the CM H2H representative. :)
