RE: complete delirium on budapest 45 '
Just because something is double something else it does not mean it kills double the time , in fact the morale / training has a very big effect much more than you realise in this game

I would say the Axis armour in general in PZC is too weak and this game is starting to address that . Read the notes the values are not just for mm or armour or penetration . Its training , manoeuvre, radios , tactical doctrine and LEADERSHIP . The Russians only win with attrition .

In fact in real life the German Army held off against odds that would see a 200 -1 winner in a horse race every week . Its just incredible they did what they did, I think as we are children of the winners and wrote the history we cannot accept that the Germans were as good as they were .

There is no Maus ?? That was never built , do you mean Jagd Tiger , Is that unit in there , I have not seen it ?

The T34 good ( design ahead of its time and suited for war in Russia without a doubt ) but it was was not really a tank killer more an enveloper and anti personnel tank . Only the Germans set out to build tanks that properly kill other tanks until maybe JS2 , Pershing etc . The T34/85 is an upgrade of what was becoming an in effective tank killer with the little 76mm gun. My understanding is that in general with very superior optics and suspension in the Panther in particular the gun has very high penetration at long ranges and accurate where the Russian guns have a big drop off in penetration ( usually ) and the inability to be able to use the weapon even I f they had it .
