My last move from him was also March 16th.

He was in a 3x3 team game and held up 5 people for 7 weeks. They tried to contact him repeatedly to no avail.

I'm going to give him until next Monday and if I haven't heard from him, I'm going to ask the moderators here to declare a victory in my favor.
