use the URL tag inside the [ ] brackets at the front of the address and the /URL inside the [ ] brackets at the end of it.

that creates a link like this http://www.photbucket.com

OR
you use the link that says create NEW REPLY on the top or bottom of every page. and simply click on the icon above with the little world and chain link and enter the address in the pop up box.
