TAC NOTES - The Pz III-long first arrives in Dec 41 and although the computer may randomly issue some with tungsten in QB's, there's never any guarantee you'll get any.
PS - At longer ranges crews may decide to use AP even if they've got tungsten aboard, because tungsten tends to lose its punch at long range
