I have the same issue in B45 and was going to post about it shortly if the problem continued. And it has. Six engineers working for almost 10 turns have failed to build or dismantle a single bridge. PDT bridge value is at 45%, engineers moral A to C, 67-395 men in strength. Any help is appreciated.
