Capturing enemy reinforcement hexes ?

I have won battles with Poles against Germans,

I did too, when I played SPWAW/H2H...

...but only when the opponent was a newbie. ;)

Every time I faced a player with experience levels similar to mine, the Poles took a beating. Played the Poles quite a lot.

In fact I think the mod-makers of SPWAW made it a point to increase exp/morale for minor countries to make them "playable".
