True, the stock scenarios designers are generally well 'established' in the SPMBT community, but everybody has a chance.
In 2004, I had the honor to submit a scenario and it was accepted as scenario 103.

Concerning 'Ambush 312 Spetsnaz Group 4/1984', it seems to me designed more to play vs ai than for pbem, because there are no victory hexes. So it is not primarily a H2H scenario, IMO.

As for passing the H2H tests, it's 'Mission Impossible', not a single scenario on that Ladder has ever succeeded in such a deed, AFAIK
