Vista Question for Matrix CS

I tried this on Matrix's forums and still no freaking reply:


Ok - I have a new machine and vista....when I try to start a new scneario - I am getting this error message:


"There is an error running this application - please contact martrix games support @ blah,blah - Error Code 486"

I am running the game off the download - any help would be appreciated - thanks!
