The first recruit would be the tourneymaster himself...

Only one more rule: the contribution of the individual "fronts" would be directly proportional to the player hours put into them.

So one Steel Panthers PBEM would mean a lot more than a quick CM TCP match, or a dogfight in a flight sim.
