There was a comment from Jason earlier about halftrack VP values that indicated the old HT units were left as is for the games, but new HT units were added to the database with common values. They left the old units in for all the original scenarios, so the victory levels would not get out of whack with the new VPs for units.

Erik, you might be playing a old WF scenario using the old, original values and an new EF scenario using the new common values (or vice versa). What are the VPs per SP values for HTs in the two games? The old values were 2 or 3 VPs per HT (it depended on the game and the version) and I think the new values are something like 6 VPs per SP.
