Not clear losses in own rear ?!

If u have no ground attack missions in the aircraft avail then there is no interdiction. Thats how at the beginning of some scenarios theres a delay in interdiction b/c u have no aircraft for ground attack. As soon as u have aircraft for ground attack interdiction starts and i dont think it matters if u used them all for ground attack missions it still does interdiction as long as theres aircraft listed. The numbers in the .pdt file at vanilla is Side A air interdiction (7% nato), and side B air interdiction (6% pact), 25% interdiction effect.
