Reincorporation of skirms/cav squadrons

Happily, that tactic, "gamey" or not is kissed goodbye if cavalry appear as squadrons, not regiments in the oob. A cavalry squadron is equivilent to an infantry batalion, so treating cav this way is realistic. Squadrons can break down into troops for scouting type missions, but need to stay concentrated to form sufficient mass for effective charges.
