Picking on someone my own size

I'm looking to fight a balanced meeting engagement in the 1970s against someone of my rough rank (I think I'm 136 on the list right now) and experience (low). I'm currently getting wailed on by Matxer and General SP, and would like to fight someone I stand a chance of beating.

Wailed on? It does seem half of my forces are destroyed and my soviet troops are curled up into the fetal positons and sucking there thumbs afraid to move! :) I keep telling them the smoke will protect them but they refuse to budge! :)
