The no file save setting does not affect other games, just scenarios in the same game where the setting is on. Your M41 game should not "infect" a B44 game. You would have to really work hard to make such a problem occur....by having both games open at the same time.

As long as you close any game where the no file save setting is on before proceeding to any other scenario, you will be safe.
