Why I miss old clickies: a lament...

RE: Why I miss old clickies: a lament...
As I've said before, it seems like I'm the only one who can see the tremendous harm rep systems can do to any club, they put people off joining, they make people leave, they put people off posting, they're open to abuse, they make a club look like a kiddies playground and become a laughing stock around the CM community, they give outsiders the opportunity for sabotage etc..
Can't any of you see all that?
I care about Blitz, that's why I'd like to see the rep system totally scrapped so the club can begin looking like an elite adult military unit again instead of a Boy Scouts Troop.. ;)

PS - I never click anybody, red nor green because it simply never crosses my mind, its far better to say things out in the open in the forum. For example if somebody makes a good tac post I'll say "good post", and we'll carry on discussing whatever tac point is being talked about, and other people can chip in to to keep the ball rolling, generating good healthy discussion and debate.
And if somebody says something tactical I don't agree with,I'll post saying so, and other people can join in on either side there too, in sensible debate that we can all learn from.
See, the rep system isn't needed at all.. :)
(Who's the Big Boss of Blitz anyway, Jim Mays? For two pins I'd put all this before him and let him decide whether he wants the rep system to stay or go)
