No to the explorer window, yes to patches. I figure it is a TSR conflict of some kind but would have thought that map and scn edit would not work then either but that is not the case.

I tried all roads and yes there. On running same route and with major road crossing but there the issue may be which one got laid down first. Still playing with it.
