RedDevil Wrote:I think most of the issue is of your own conjuring, you have relentlessly pursued POS on anything he's posted here since day 1 because of his posting style, which is not much worse than your own.

Yet apparently he's some boon to the Blitz, whereas I am an annoying scourge of the message boards. Interesting.

RedDevil Wrote:The incessant rantings about clickies which are totally irreverent to any CM topic here, continue to pop up in everything you post as well.

Strange use of the word "incessant", as I haven't posted anything mentioning clickies in days, maybe weeks, until that last post, where it just provided a bit of comic relief.

RedDevil Wrote:POS doesn't need clickies to post here and he can start a thread on his own that relates to CM.. contributing far more than I can see coming from quite a few here who cry our club is dying because no one is posting.

And yet I continue to post on all manner of topics. I'm not sure who that silly comment was aimed at.

RedDevil Wrote:Criticism works both ways, by claiming he is wrong for his actions yet denying yours are similar, is as hypocritical as anyone can get. I find your actions to be just as unbecoming and immature as much.

You seem not to have understood the point of my previous comments. I wasn't saying POS is bad and I am good. I'm saying POS acts like a child and people respond to him childishly. I have no problem with that. I think it's strange that the people that respond to him get publicly warned while he does not. If childishness is going to be ruled out, let it be, but let it be for everyone.

RedDevil Wrote:I agree you have a right to respond to anything he says about you, but he's not been talking about you, he's talking about his opponents and games he's playing, he's also responding to your trolling about his style, does he not have that right as well? If he is lying about someone, they can respond just the same. There are always 2 sides to an argument, and I think we members can make our OWN judgments on the matter without any excessive lobbying from someone biased against one of the participants.

Again, I think you've confused the events here. I didn't say anything negative about POS in this thread at all up until that last post, and that was just to point out why I think people are responding to POS negatively, as you seemed to think he was nicely and politely issuing challenges and people were bothered by that for some strange reason.

Edit: Okay, I take that back - forgot about the whole Rommel/Hitler/Guderian thing - but I think that was all in good fun...

RedDevil Wrote:I'm not so sure the problem child is POS anyways, he's behaving here and only responding to the pursuits of others who dwell on the thought to purge him from the Club based upon their perceptions of his past actions, like they're perfect angels themselves...
He has proven to be a most contributing member of the CM community here, irregardless of his character flaws and posting style.

Right...sorry I haven't been able to see it so objectively up until now.

RedDevil Wrote:I sense a bit of jealousy, and view these suggestive attempts to rid the community of a member who contributes, in exchange for the same old NON CM material postings of yesteryears, as a poor choice of options. Which path is beneficial to the community? Which path is beneficial to you?

Check the sense-o-meter then.

RedDevil Wrote:Again, IMO your style is overbearing and overindulging, it's fine to point out something and voice an opinion, but to continue with the gluttonous banter just for spite of reaction, is a superficial sign of trolling.

Well, I guess everyone can have an opinion. Interestingly, I find you a bit overbearing as well. You can hammer away incessantly at the same points as well as me, and then claim the high ground. I just don't get to end my posts with a threat.

RedDevil Wrote:Let it go and move on to your own threads and games, lest I be forced to remind you for a 3rd time to stop and wear my patience thin on handling it nicely.

Ok, lets do.

cheers
