Well that battle with Virgin Media was harder than CM battle that you could throw at me, 3 weeks it took to get me back on line, They had a 6 day close down for updating there billing system, no new equipment could not be installed, plus the new Broadband box the engineer brought and left me with was booked out to some one else in the country, Then they said they would send me a new box to fit on my own, when I queried that there was a postal strike, she said it go by courier, guess what they put it in the post !!!!!!.


Is there any hope at all
