I like the idea of ribbons.
I like the smaller one with the 5 in it.

I think making them hard to get for streaks, ie. 5 rather than 3 is better.
Submitting scenarios and maps is good for ribbons too.
Go for it I say.

I must say that your medal collection is very impressive cheers
