CMC is actually not a solitaire game as I envision it. I do think they are shooting for a solitaire function but not an overall experience.

We would use CMC as just that. A way to put some historically based operations together, which we are doing anyway, and have the computer track all the details.

With or without CMC we should see some kind of operational CM campaign in 2008. At the moment it's looking like it will be at Prokhorovka. Site of the supposed largest tank battle in history. Since that myth has been busted it will be interesting to see what actually took place there.
