PC: Progressively Stronger German Inf AT?

By 1943 the Germans had both the panzerschreck and panzerfaust in service, so why should their AT ratings increase yearly after this point? No one else compares in AT value with them already, and their real representation is in their increasing assault rating from 43 to 45. Also, given the sheer amount of such weapons, only the VG would have higher AT ratings because practically everyone carried a panzerfaust by then.
