JCTS and Game Mods

Hi All
I completely removed the old talnosoft version and installed JTCS. In the past I was using some graphical mods, unit bases, terrain etc. Are they in the JTCS version ? Maybe I am wrong but they do not seem to be. Can they be installed with JTCS and if so where do I find them again. Couldn't seem to find them at the club.
Also I had my own custom leader.bmp files that worked fine under the old version. Can I reinstall them into JTCS ?
Wanted to double check this as I would not want to mess something up.

Most mods should work in the MCS, but I would recommend creating back-ups of the original files, just in case!
