Couple of Matrix questions

I don't recall getting an instruction manual with my Matrix game and I can't seem to locate one within the game. I'm looking for the instructions that included how to initiate an air attack, shoot smoke, movement values in certain terrains, etc.

Also: When you exit a unit from the map, are any points provided the person doing the exiting or is it simply a matter of those points not being available to your opponent?
