France 1940 - Research german opponent

I search a german player for the scenario of France 40 developped by Guégan, Saunders & Blackie ("0510_01: Fall Gelb/Strategical Options/no fix").

Here is the qualities I search :
- a rate of at least two turns by week,
- a great tolerance for my english,
- a great desire to parade on the "Champs Elysées" in Paris (If he could )
