I email my opponent explaining that no firing or spotting took place during my initial move and request permission to start my turn over. Permission has always been granted. I would assume that with the new "reporting" patch, that this would be the proper way to handle such a matter in the future.

While I understand what MG is saying (and doing) here I do need to point out that by the definition of ROE #14 this could be considered a violation as you are replaying a turn.

I personally believe that the CS community contains stand up individuals. If anyone has concerns that something is amiss with their opponent's "tactics" please PM or e-mail one of the ladder personnel. Do not confront the opponet and do not post anyting on the boards.
