I was able to find it at CMMODS. There are about ten zip files with several senarios each. It was in the one named Normandy scenarios.

As for pbem. It says that you can do two player but it a tough go for the Americans. But you know. It was a tough go in real live. I read were one vet of the battle said when they broke through to Mortain to releive the 30th Infantry Division, they only had three shermans left.
