There were 18 designers that had a total of 33 scenarios which received a 10 or better rating on The Scenario Depot II by 31 December 2007. I will call a 10 or better rating a Masters Rating.

There were 2 CMBO, 14 CMBB and 17 CMAK.

12 designers had only 1 scenario with a Master rating.
3 designers had 2 scenarios that earned the Master rating.
2 designers had 3 scenarios that earned the Master rating.
1 designer had 9 scenarios that earned the Master rating.
