IBM's Pivotal Role in the Holocaust

RE: IBM's Pivotal Role in the Holocaust
Pivotal role? Mighty big word there. To be pivotal is to imply that something can not happen without you. The Holocaust would have certainly happened without the aid of IBM punch cards.

More political correctness run rampant in my opinion. The Germans controlled ALL of Europe. If you were in Europe you did business, willingly or unwillingly, with the NAZI regime. Where is the news in that? Where would you draw the line in such accountability searches? The electric companies that supplied power? The tool companies that supplied shovels? This is the same twisted logic that says fast food should be banned because it's bad for you. If you can't stop shoving fast food down your gullet, you have the problem not the fast food company. Likewise, don't blame the horror of the holocaust on anyone or anything other than the sick and twisted minds of the NAZI regime that put it into action.
