HPS Technical Issue

Hi All,

I'm hoping someone might be able to help me figure out what is happening to me.

I recently got a new computer with vista operating system. I installed my old talonsoft games thinking some thing would not work but everything is great and I have been pbeming games. I installed my Matrix games and started pbeming and everything is great.

I installed my HPS games and sarted a pbem and everything went great until I tried to mail the bte file. This is really weird, my computer does not see the bte files in my HPS game folders as it does for other companies products. What is even more weird is that if I open one of my HPS games and then tell it I want old pbem games I see the files there.

Not sure what to do here. I know it is a really strange problem but unless I can figure it out I do not see how I can pbem if I can not send the bte file in an email. Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide.
