Reading the AAR
Okay, I had to further prepare this, cuz I'm not sure I know how to interpret the BB or AK AARs in detail. I always glance them over, but have never worried about too much detail in the past.

But how do you know how many men were committed to the battle to begin with?

My example screen shot shows a Surrender, so the Axis side doesn't list any men as OKAY. But I am assuming ''Men OK'' in the AAR means any/all non-casualties (non-wounded)--except if they are included under Surrender.

Do the upper right notes in this screen-shot accurately account for how many men in the battle to start with...?
(Like, KIA is only a part of the overall Casualties, and couldn't figure in to total start figures on their own...afterall, there are casualties--and some are wounded in action, and some killed in action--but they are all ''casualties''.)
