FAQ needed

OK. I will volunteer to collect the list of questions. I'll start by checking old postings and looking for re-occurring questions. If anyone out knows of a question that is frequently asked, post it here. I will write up the answers based on the answers from the postings and then forward them to Glenn for review.

This might not in the end work out, since there is not a good place to put it. There are already a lot of sticky emails. Maybe we could have it as a download. So Foul, I think the web-site administrators need to decide if this is really going to be practical before we go too far down this road.
