Well that would be a error, should both be 10, effective range of that weapon is 16800.

Milan missile has a short range(MAX range 2000) TOW has about 3750, if it was equip with the Milan it has a range of 1 as does the Marder, British FV103-Spartan (MCT) MCT= Milan Compact Turret and so on.
