Installed fresh install of SAW

Patched to 1.01

Installed AIW

Go to HPS - AIW folder launch the game from there still the same message.

Also scenario descriptions have bunch of weird numbers.

Still getting the error reading scenario file after I select scenario / side and optional rules and try to start a scenario.
