I agree Rick. Units can even self-rally. If the unit is in command range of the unit's parent HQ it can recover from disruption/broken status easier. The idea here DDD, is that if you meet the fatigue recovery requirements, then then units will recover faster as lower fatigue helps make a unit be more useful when it rallies. If threatened, the unit can move to a better position if you want and still have a chance to recover from disruption/broken status.
