odds question-- Armor shooting from a town or village hex

I've noticed that too -- reduced fire power from infantry shooting from a bridge. The reduced firepower is displayed either in the attack box or in the combat result box, if I'm not mistaken. I'm assuming if the armor firepower is reduced, you'd see it in one of those boxes too.
