Quck Matrix question..
In the latest version (Matrix 1.04), is indirect Arty fire-by-the-map more effective? It seems in the latest batch of games i've played it's been more effective (and realistic) than in the (way) past...

And are the chances better at disabling armored vehicles(by the map or under observation) with Matrix arty-fire calculations/dice?

Suppose i could look it up/track it down but i figureyouhard-core guys can clear this up...
