You might have a new Internet Service Provider (ISP) who is assigning a different IP address to you. Usually the outside world sees the IP address of your router rather than your PC itself and the router's IP address gets assigned by the ISP. Even though the outside world sends the network traffic to your router, the router is smart enough to forward the traffic to the correct computer in your house.

Below is a link to an image that should show the IP address of what the outside world thinks your IP address is:
