New JTCS WF Scenarios

Reference to the Sidi Barrani scenario......... I have made the error of using file name already in use on the Scenario dB . Please do not do any more downloads until I correct this, which may take a little time. I apologise for any inconvenience....I should have checked more thoroughly than I in fact did. I will repost the scenario under different fikle names shortly.
