FWIW,

I would say you get at least one game posted on the HPS OPC ladder. Being in boot camp could cause you to be deleted from the ladder by the system after three months since joining the ladder without reporting your first game. (See ROE section). All ladders work independent of each other.
That is not a good situation if you are in a torunament. That is just my opinion.

Sergio is the tournament director so it is his call.
