SPWaW v8403 H2H fr ModSwap

This is the ModSwap version of Panzer Leo's H2H fr mod updated to 8403.

I added in some small corrections as a bonus:
-Corrected helo blades on mg team showing on desert maps. (Icon0140.shp)
-TER26 Wooden buildings snow versions corrected flashing palette problems. (Fix from SPWAW Depot)
-Corrected flashing palette of IS-1 Winter camo. Updated winter.exe (icon0212.shp).
-Removed unnessesary Icon0134.shp from winter.exe.
-Corrected soviet Icon0012.shp one man unit not showing up correctly in summer camo. Updated summer.exe.
-Added original Icon0028 and Icon0029 for infantry graphics consistency in SPWAW 8.403.
-Removed redundant .rec files.

Instructions:

First extract the zip file you downloaded to your hard drive. There is a file called "SPWaW v8403 H2H fr.spm" in it.
To install the actual mod open ModSwap program and select from the list File/Install and browse to where you extracted "SPWaW v8403 H2H fr.spm" and hit Open.

ModSwap can be found at your Steel Panthers World at War directory.
