Problem with transport ships - Jason?

In a scenario I am playtesting, there are transport ships carrying troops.
They cannot unload in deep water, (understandable) but, alas, the transport ships cannot move into shallow water nor onto beaches, hence, the carried units are condemned to sail the seas throughout the game!
Obviously a bug for Jason Petho's notice! I'l contact him on the matrix forum as well.
