They may be what I call Phantom units, meaning the game doesn't recognize them or gets confused. Try deleting the units that light up and hit your Div HG again and see if all is well. If that works, try putting replacement units back in the OB and rename them again. That happened alot in the TalonSoft version but have not seen it in the JTCS yet. What happens when you hit the Axis HQ?

I've had this happen a couple of times. I had Allied leaders show up as 1 strength point AT/SP units and had Russian engineers show up in a German cavalry battalion ... mounted on German horses. :eek1:
I think I traced mine back to making OOB and scenario file changes while I was play testing the scenario against the AI. But, I cannot confirm that. :conf:
