If this is true, and I'm not saying it is not, then what are "Other" units?????

One can therefore not set Op fire to ignore a HT and fire instead upon a Tiger?

I was under the impression that "Soft" targets were units lightly armored mobile artillery and HT's while "Other" was infantry.

Come on ED, JASON, JIM, someone help us out with this situation.
