The best advice in buying any new game is to pick one that covers a campaign you are interested in. That makes all the difference.

As to quality, all the titles in the PzC series are first rate, IMHO.
There are many add ons you get created by talented people like VM, Jison, not forgetting many great mods of sceanrios by members of this club.
