I really like what you've done. My only suggestion is that you might want change the background for the unit information panel in some of your mods. I tried your Tobruk '41 mod & I found that when I right clicked on the panel the unit values were really difficult to read (white numbers against a very light background).

Having said that it's clear that you've put a lot of time & effort into this project & I just wanted to say thanks...
