The Mayor of a 2 pier fishing village is a commie. The Soviets have promised him he will be President for life of Denmark after they take over. So he meets the Soviet Marines with open arms one dark summer morning. By the time the local militia get up and finds their weapons, the Soviets have secured the piers and the waterfront. As the local Defense forces get there, they can hear the sound of Soviet units clawing their way out of the water. All they can do is try and block the exits out of town until help arrives.
Need two players please.
See no replies, but maybe you got the testers anyway.. otherwise I'm willing to try it out.

I have one of my long term opponents ready to go, I'll hook you up and let youse guys figure out who wants the Danes (player 1, I think) and who wants the Soviets.

I don't like others setting up my units. I think I figured out a workaround for that, IF my understanding of how the feature works is correct.
That is why I need a pair of testers. Somebody to take it our for a test drive and see what works and what doesn't.
This is how you build a scenario while letting the players deploy:
The scenario designer (SD) selects P1 forces and saves as if he were sending it to a human. The SD then buys P2 forces and once done buying saves again. The SD THEN sends the scenario file to the P2 player who, when he opens the game, will see his forces deployed on the map edge waiting for deployment. He deploys as per normal and sends the files to P1 who deploys and then the game is under way.
*** if the SD buys P2 forces and then goes into deploy before sending the files to P2 he will lock P2 forces on the map edge, so BUY, SAVE, AND SEND, do not go into P2 deploy ***
ALSO NOTE: the SD will have to set the PWs for both players.
The only problem with that method is that security is basic. I want to use the Tournament option because security is full.
What I have done is have most of the units entering the map as reinforcements.
I might try using that method combined with the Tournament option. I don't think it will work but it won't hurt to try.
